Our story began with a young lady with a dream. Born and raised in Jamaica, then later immigrated to Ithaca, New York. She saw the need to create something new and unique. She wanted to showcase a huge part of her identify and her love for Jamaican food.
On October 11, 2021, Kingston's Cuisine was born. Kingston's Cuisine would symbolize her past, with the writing of her present and visualizing and creating her future. Kingston's Cuisines embodies faith, resilience, passion, perseverance and Love.

At Kingston's Cuisine, we offer our rendition of Jamaican & American gourmet cuisine with an innovative gastronomic taking on traditional cooking methods, local produce, and the legacy of our shared food heritage.
Moreover, we regard it as a personal challenge to help bridge the gap between American and Jamaican Cuisines by bringing about a revival of distinctive flavors and particular regional character that will brighten up central New York and by extension, the world.
Kingston's Cuisine strives to share authentic Jamaican flavors and spices with the world while increasing cultural diversity and expanding our customers' personal experiences. We aim to make all our customers happy by giving our customers a place to celebrate life’s special moments by offering the best food, service, and ambiance in Ithaca NY.
In addition, It is our mission to become the most sustainable restaurant in New York by sourcing our ingredients locally, supplementing produce with herbs grown in gardens, and giving back to the community through philanthropic giving efforts.
